Eveline Cooks is the vegetarian catering company of chef Eveline Delnooz. Based in Breda, she provides colourful, tasty and sustainable customised catering, complemented by cooking workshops that surprise and connect. Her style is personal and refined, with a focus on pure ingredients and conscious cooking. She sought the same vision in her way of organising: simplicity, overview and tranquillity. ‘I was looking for a system that allowed me to immediately put everything into my digital diary for each job,’ Eveline explains. ‘Via Google I came across Catermonkey, and since then the chaos has really disappeared.’

Eveline Cooks does much more than catering. Besides providing 100% vegan menus for both corporate and private events, Eveline also organises creative cooking workshops and atmospheric pop-up buffet evenings. For those who want to enjoy plant-based dishes at home, there is the weekly meal service with fresh, seasonal meals. Moreover, she published the cookbook Vegan around the world, which brings together her love for world cuisine and sustainable food. So Eveline continues to inspire people in different ways to eat more consciously and tastefully.
