We spoke with owner Rob Brink about how Catermonkey is now an indispensable part of their way of working.
Efficiency and overview in one system
“The idea of processing everything digitally in a single system seemed smart to me at the time, and 12 years later, I am certain that it is. We receive many compliments about our quotes. They look professional and are clear to the customer. Thanks to the link with invoicing and accounting, we save a lot of time. Everything is neatly integrated.”
What is most commonly used within Catermonkey? “Mainly creating quotes, the accounting link and the link to our website. Everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This gives us more time for other things and reduces stress.”
When we ask if there is anything missing from the system, Rob says, “Actually, I’m just happy with it as it is now.”
