Mood4Food is an energetic and growing catering company based in Amersfoort that specialises in events with a strong culinary experience. With their food concepts, they serve surprising flavours, creative combinations and a professional approach, from company parties to large public events. The team now caters for more than 100 events per year, ranging from 100 to as many as 2,000 visitors. We spoke to Driesse about the evolution of their operations and how structure plays a crucial role in this.
