De Bloemfabriek is a creative meeting place for every season. No flowers in sight, the name refers to the rich history of the location. Today, everything revolves around atmosphere, hospitality and unforgettable moments. Whether it’s a wedding, company party or drinks reception, De Bloemfabriek offers a distinctive setting for every occasion.
Smart handling of requests
Most bookings start on the website, Steff explains. “About 60% of requests for weddings, drinks parties or corporate events come in via our Catermonkey request widget. The rest come in via email, but ultimately we create 100% of our quotes with Catermonkey.”
Not only is it faster, but it’s also more organised. “We have clear product and material lists. Assigning tasks is easy, and we also do our invoicing through the system. Catermonkey has really become the central hub of our process. We save time, get extra requests and keep a much better overview. What more could you want?”
More requests, less hassle
According to Steff, the implementation of Catermonkey has also led to an increase in new customers. “It’s much easier for customers to submit a request, and we can follow up on them more effectively. Thanks to the filters, we know exactly what kind of parties we want to take on. It also saves us a lot of email traffic.”
The time savings are noticeable. “The entire application process is less complex. We can respond more quickly, and preparing for physical appointments is much more efficient.”
“We often work with regular caterers who also use Catermonkey. My biggest dream is that we can link our accounts with theirs. That would make everything even smoother.”
