In this impressive city farm, everything revolves around top-quality barbecuing. We spoke with Martude and Anna about their unique approach and how Catermonkey helps them keep everything tightly organised, both for the restaurant and their catering activities.

De Mallemok is not just any restaurant. It is a place where hearty ribs, juicy burgers and surprising vegetarian dishes are the norm. “Barbecue is in our DNA here,” says Martude. And you can taste it in everything: the atmosphere, the presentation and the pace at which orders come in.
Quotes in two seconds
The application form on the website is directly linked to Catermonkey. “This allows customers to submit their requests immediately. We only add to them where necessary, check them, and send them off,” Anna explains. “Sometimes we call to clarify something, but often the requests are so complete that it only takes us two minutes on average to process them.”
One source of truth
Catermonkey is the central hub for our daily operations. “We use the order overview, material and purchase lists, and the weekly schedule. And we don’t print anything anymore,” says Martude. “Everyone just gets the information from Catermonkey, it’s super efficient.”
Time savings on all fronts
It’s not just in the kitchen that everything runs smoothly. There are also gains in terms of administration. “We are in the process of linking invoicing directly to Exact. That will save us about 75% in time.” But they are already noticing the difference: “We are saving at least half the time on sales and administration.”
“Customers actually put together their own quotes. We just check them. It’s much faster than it used to be.”
