M4Events&Catering is an all-round party caterer that caters for large and medium-sized events, often in collaboration with other professionals. Their strength lies in the combination of scalability and reliability: whether it concerns company parties, walking dinners or large-scale parties. We spoke with the team about how they streamline their processes.

Growing with the sector
M4Events&Catering specialises in large-scale events, where coordination and timing are crucial. “We often work with multiple parties at the same time. It is important that everyone knows what needs to be done and when, and that the administration does not slow things down,” they explain.
The decision to choose Catermonkey stemmed from a desire to further professionalise and automate our processes. “We wanted to spend less time dealing with loose documents and gain more control over our processes.”
One system, more overview
Today, they use Catermonkey for almost everything: from requests and quotes to staff planning and invoicing. “The assignment overview is a core function for us. We can immediately see what’s going on, who’s where, and what still needs to be done.”
They also consider the quotation tool to be an important asset. “It works quickly and professionally. Customers can immediately see where they stand, and we maintain an overview.”
Fewer errors, faster turnaround
Because everything is centralised, internal communication runs much more smoothly. “In the past, things would sometimes get lost between request and execution. Now we have a single source of truth, which makes our work more reliable.”
The time savings are considerable. “We can prepare quotes faster, switch between projects more smoothly and devote more attention to the details that make all the difference.”
Opportunities for optimisation
There are still some wishes. “An AI assistant that can think along with customers during the application process, that would be the next step. Or more integration with our other systems, such as accounting or inventory management.”
Every day of waiting is a missed opportunity.
What would they say to those who are still unsure? “Every day you wait is a waste of your time. Really. You work faster, more efficiently and more professionally. Your customers will notice that too.”
