Efficient from the very first contact
Whereas everything used to be done by email, customers now increasingly use the quotation indicator on the website. “That makes the whole process much faster,” says Steffie. “We usually have all the information we need from the first contact. Quotations are prepared more quickly, as are invoices. That saves a lot of time.”
Daily overview without paperwork
For Steffie and her team, the order overviews and weekly planning are indispensable. “The order list is super handy for the kitchen, because it doesn’t include prices. And deliveries? They can be arranged with a single click.”
She used to create all those lists manually in Word. “That easily took me half an hour to an hour per order. Now everything is much clearer.”
Professional appearance, less stress
