In peaceful Tricht, owner Joop runs restaurant Uw Chef with heart and soul. What once began as a love of cooking has grown into a place where Mediterranean flavours and Eastern influences come together on the plate. The only stress I still have? That Catermonkey can do much more than I am currently using it for. I want to get the most out of it. Faster, smarter, better.”
