BurgerArt is a creative food truck concept that combines quality, experience and craftsmanship. Founded in 2016 by Eva and Yoren, they serve artisanal gourmet burgers – literally with a nod to artists such as their “Francis Bacon” and “Magritte” – cooked on a classic grill, fresh on site and served in crispy rolls. Whether at festivals, corporate events or private parties, they offer homemade, artistic taste experiences with attention to meat eaters, vegetarians, vegans and halal consumers alike. We spoke with Eva about his quest for more clarity in planning – and how Catermonkey helps with that.

Everything in one place
The reason for starting Catermonkey was clear: “We were looking for a platform to manage everything in one place.” For a mobile concept such as BurgerArt, flexibility is important, but without compromising on control and structure.
The decision to choose Catermonkey came after they were actively approached. “We received a phone call with the information. That got us thinking, and in hindsight, it turned out to be a good move.”
Planning without headaches
The biggest benefit for BurgerArt is in their daily work: “Planning and invoicing are easier.” Everything is more organised, allowing them to respond more quickly. “We mainly use planning, invoicing, quotes and turnover. Everything that is directly related to our core business.”
Because everything is centralised, they save time and reduce the risk of errors. “Planning and invoicing are more transparent. That gives us peace of mind.”
Any issues? They’ll be sorted out in no time.
Although the system works well, there are also some points for attention. “Invoicing did not always work smoothly. Occasionally, problems arose that required me to send an email. But… they are always resolved quickly!”
Those short lines of communication and fast support make all the difference. “You can tell that they really think along with you.”
Just try it
What would they say to someone who is unsure? “It’s definitely worth trying to see if this works for your company.” And that’s exactly what BurgerArt is all about: testing, learning, improving. And above all, keeping things running smoothly.
