In 2013, Adriaan and Frank joined forces to establish IdeaalCatering. What began as an online platform for complete barbecues and buffets quickly grew into a successful merger with Keurslagerij Oosterom. Today, it is a professional catering company based in Lopik that delivers orders throughout the Netherlands. The combination of craftsmanship and entrepreneurship is deeply rooted in their approach. We spoke to Cynthia about their daily operations, and how Catermonkey plays a key role in them.
