In 2013, Adriaan and Frank joined forces to found IdeaalCatering. What started as an online platform for complete BBQs and buffets grew rapidly into a successful merger with Keurslagerij Oosterom. Today we have a professional catering company that delivers from Lopik throughout the Netherlands. The combination of craftsmanship and entrepreneurship is deeply rooted in their approach. We spoke to Cynthia about their daily operation - and how Catermonkey plays a key role in it.
