Eveline Cooks is chef Eveline Delnooz's plant-based catering company. Based in Ede, she provides colourful, tasty and sustainable tailor-made catering, complemented by cooking workshops that surprise and connect. Her style is personal and refined, with a focus on pure ingredients and conscious cooking. She sought the same vision in her way of organising: simplicity, clarity and tranquillity. "I was looking for a system that would allow me to enter everything into my digital calendar immediately for each assignment," says Eveline. More than just catering
Eveline Cooks does much more than just catering. In addition to providing 100% vegan menus for both business and private events, Eveline also organises creative cooking workshops and atmospheric pop-up buffet evenings. For those who want to enjoy plant-based dishes at home, there is a weekly meal service with fresh, seasonal meals. She has also published the cookbook Vegan de wereld rond (Vegan Around the World), which combines her love of world cuisine and sustainable food. In this way, Eveline continues to inspire people in various ways to eat more consciously and enjoyably.
