Inmiddels verzorgt het team meer dan 100 events per jaar, variërend van 100 tot maar liefst 2000 bezoekers. We spraken met Driesse over de evolutie van hun werking en hoe structuur daarbij een cruciale rol speelt.
Mood4Food is an energetic and growing catering company based in The Hague that specialises in events with a strong culinary experience. With their food concepts, they serve surprising flavours, creative combinations and a professional approach – from company parties to large public events. The team now caters for more than 100 events per year, ranging from 100 to no fewer than 2,000 visitors. We spoke to Driesse about the evolution of their business and how structure plays a crucial role in this.
Whereas the team used to work with a combination of separate lists, tools and software, there is now peace of mind and clarity. “We came from a situation where information was scattered across all kinds of programmes. Nothing was stored locally or centrally. Now everything is in one system, which provides much more peace of mind and efficiency.”
