With a rich background in hospitality and a love of good food and drink, Sebastiaan and Breggie transformed their business from a darts café into an atmospheric eatery with a function room. Het Posthuijs in Groot-Ammers has since grown into a popular spot for a bite to eat, a drink or a full-blown party. The recent renovation marks not only a visual upgrade, but also a renewal in the way they work. We spoke with Breggie about their search for structure, appearance and convenience in their daily organisation.
Quotations that convince
Breggie is also particularly enthusiastic about preparing quotations: "As soon as I press the send button, I know that what I am sending is good. Our template is so strong that I can imagine people hardly dare to say no." She adds with a smile: "Actually, we already know that we will be doing the catering."
According to her, the quality of the quotation is not only visually appealing, but also well thought out in terms of content: "75% of what we send is well received, without me having to provide any further explanation. That says it all."
The right mindset
What ultimately makes the biggest difference for Het Posthuijs is the team behind the software. "They understand exactly what you need. They really think along with you. And because they do that, we in turn can do the same for our customers. You really feel supported."
