Customers

A fully fledged CRM, built for caterers

Manage every customer on a sales pipeline board. Build pipelines, add your own stages, tag and categorize leads, and move each one from first contact to a won booking.

Some people are just browsing, some asked for a brochure, some are ready to book this week. Instead of keeping it all in your head, you see the whole pipeline on one board and move each customer to the next stage as things progress.

  • Run several pipelines side by side, prospects, repeat clients, meal service
  • Add, rename, and reorder your own stages on each pipeline
  • Drag customer cards from stage to stage on the board
  • Mark a card Won or Lost in one click
  • Park customers you are not chasing in a separate column so the board stays focused
  • Tag and categorize customers so no lead ever slips through the cracks
  • Open a card to jump straight into the customer editor with the full order history

Build the pipeline that matches how you sell

Run as many pipelines as you need, prospects, repeat clients, meal-service signups, and give each one the stages you actually use. Inbox, Brochure sent, Visited the venue, whatever fits the way you work. Add, rename, and reorder stages yourself; nobody has to fit your sales into a fixed template.

Move customers forward, or mark them won or lost

Drag a customer card from one stage to the next as the deal moves along. When a booking comes through, mark the card Won. If it falls through, mark it Lost and you keep the record without cluttering the board. Customers you are not chasing right now sit in a separate column, so the board only shows the opportunities that are actually live.

Open a card to see the whole customer

Click any card and the customer editor opens right there. You get the full record, contacts, delivery rules, payment terms, plus the complete history of every inquiry, quote, and finished job. No jumping between screens to remember what this customer ordered last time or what you agreed on.

This makes Catermonkey a fully fledged CRM

With tags, pipelines, and various other ways to categorize your customers, you never lose a lead. Everything that tracks a relationship, from first contact to repeat booking, lives in one place instead of scattered across inboxes and spreadsheets.
