New: link your bank and your invoices mark themselves paid
Link your bank account to Catermonkey and every customer payment is matched to the invoice it pays.
Catermonkey reads every transfer that comes in. When the invoice number is there, the invoice is marked paid straight away. A deposit lands on its invoice and the rest stays open. Where Catermonkey cannot be sure, you get a suggestion you book with one click.
What is not a customer payment gets its place too: bank costs, taxes, a transfer to your savings account. You give the reason once, and the next transaction from the same party is handled for you. Every line on your account is explained.
The link runs through Ponto and works with almost every bank in the Netherlands and Belgium. You log in at your own bank; Catermonkey sees your transactions, never your login details. The bank link is an add-on of €19.50 a month, on every plan.
