CrewBrain works with Catermonkey

What it does

CrewBrain comes from the events industry and is built for businesses that work with changing crews: permanent staff, on-call workers and freelancers in the same week. Exactly the kind of planning a caterer runs into the moment two orders land on the same day.

With the connection on, the details from your Catermonkey schedule go straight to CrewBrain. Date, time, venue and the staff numbers you need are already filled in by the time you start assigning shifts. You don't have to type anything in, and no outdated version of an order ends up in your roster.

You sort out the rest in CrewBrain: who's available, who has the right certificates, who's driving to the venue. Log worked hours there too, so at the end of the month you can see what an order actually cost you in staff.

Turn it on

In Catermonkey, go to Settings, then Integrations, and choose CrewBrain. Once connected, you send an order across from staff planning.
