Staff planning
Send the staff planning from your orders to Shiftbase as open shifts, so your team can sign up for them.
Shiftbase is an online rota and hours programme that plenty of hospitality and catering businesses already use. Connect it to Catermonkey and you never have to put the staffing for an order into your rota a second time. Whoever you schedule on an order in Catermonkey lands in Shiftbase as an open shift.
You turn on the connection under Settings › Connections. There, you link each role from your planning to a team in Shiftbase: cooks to the kitchen team, serving staff to the service team. Roles you don't link separately go to the default team. You set that up once.
After that, it runs on its own. Schedule four serving staff and two cooks on an order, and Shiftbase has six open shifts ready at the right date and time. Your staff sign up through the Shiftbase app, and you keep track of hours and wage costs in the place you already did.
In Catermonkey, go to Settings, then Connections, and choose Shiftbase. Once it's connected, send an order through from staff scheduling.
