Shiftbase is an online rota and hours tool that plenty of hospitality and catering businesses already run. Connect it to Catermonkey and you no longer build your rota twice: whoever you schedule on a booking in Catermonkey shows up in Shiftbase as an open shift.
You switch the connection on under Settings › Integrations. There you link each role in your planning to a team in Shiftbase, so chefs land in the kitchen team and waiting staff in the service team. Roles you don't link separately go to your default team. That's a one-off job.
After that it runs on its own. Schedule four service staff and two chefs on a booking, and six open shifts appear in Shiftbase on the right date and time. Your people claim them in the Shiftbase app, and you keep track of hours and labour costs in the place you were already using for it.
