IdeaalCatering put an end to all the manual work

IdeaalCatering was founded in 2013 by Adriaan and Frank, as an online platform for complete barbecues and buffets. After a merger with Keurslagerij Oosterom the business now delivers across the Netherlands from Lopik. We spoke to Cynthia about their day-to-day work.

One click, zero manual work

Since switching to Catermonkey, internal operations have gone fully digital. “Everything is automated and runs much more smoothly,” they say. “The production lists, the purchasing lists, everything is handled with a few clicks from one program. No manual work.”

For IdeaalCatering, the export label feature especially is a gamechanger. “For every product in our buffet we print the exact details: name, product code, dish and weight. That makes preparation a lot easier and more professional.”
