A smoother routine at Lots of F&B Events
Yvonne of Lots of F&B Events runs large-scale catering from the Netherlands at festivals, shows and cultural productions, abroad as well. We spoke to her about how she plans those projects.
Flexibility at every scale
Lots of F&B Events focuses on catering for big cultural productions, in the Netherlands and beyond. “We're often working project by project, with a different venue, team and crowd every time,” says Yvonne. “That calls for a way of working that's flexible and quick to adapt.”
One central system
The process used to be scattered. Now Yvonne uses Catermonkey as a central hub. “The quote formats are really handy, you can adjust them to your style, and they still keep their structure. It's clear for customers and for our team.”
That shows in the follow-up too. “We now have a smoother routine for creating and following up quotes, and for running the job itself. Everything's in one system, and that's what makes the difference.”
Faster work, less noise
According to Yvonne, Catermonkey mainly delivers speed and peace of mind. “We save time on admin, and have all our information in one place. That lets us move faster and get to bookings or event days sooner.”
The effect on the team shows too. “The structure is nice. Everyone knows where to find things, which cuts out double work and confusion.”
Room to grow
Although Yvonne is happy with how things work now, she sees room to grow too. “There's always room for improvement in some areas, like reporting or connections with other systems. But the foundation is strong, and that makes it a tool that grows along with your business.”
Just try it
What would she say to fellow caterers who are on the fence? “Just try it,” she says firmly. “It works for us, and I think it could do a lot for plenty of other businesses too.”
