More tapas and desserts, less stress at Sweet & Savoury

Sweet & Savoury is Connie De Meyer’s catering business, specialising in dessert buffets and tapas platters. The team handles family parties and company occasions. We spoke to Connie about how she gets her day organised.

Looking for more control

Thanks to the automation, she has more time left for what really counts: customers and creativity. “I have less stress and more room to focus on the culinary side. That's what it's all about for me, after all.”
