New: count drinks on location and bill what was actually used
Send along a generous stock of drinks, let your team count the empties on a phone at the event, and process the count into the order with one click. The quantities on the order become what was really used, and so does what goes on the invoice.
Mark a product as billed on consumption in its product sheet, and every order line with that product gets a small bottle. From Lists and overviews you create a consumption list per order and share it by email with the team members who count. Staff accounts can open the list too.
On location the team sees a tile per product. Counting is done with plus and minus or a typed number, and every addition lands on the receipt with its time. Send as often as needed, for instance after the reception and again after dinner. There are no prices on it.
In the office a notice appears above the order's products saying a new count is in. Review the lines, correct a number if needed, and process. Every counted product takes the counted total as its quantity; what you sent along stays visible next to the bottle. Products nobody counted keep their number.
Drinks inside a package? They are counted bottle by bottle, and the package price moves with the count.
