Catermonkey, the Belgian-Dutch pioneer in catering software, announces worldwide launch
In 2010, Marten Systema, CTO from Lemmer, the Netherlands, and Maty Van Geirt, CEO from Retie, Belgium, joined forces to create Catermonkey. Maty, working as a caterer at the time, was looking for better ways to run catering, while Marten brought his expertise as a software developer. Since then, Catermonkey has steadily changed catering software and grown into the market leader in the Benelux.
Catermonkey cuts administrative work for caterers and function venues by as much as 70%, making the traditional use of Excel, Word and scattered systems unnecessary. The sales process is also simpler: caterers' websites connect to their Catermonkey accounts, so customers can now partly put together their own quotes on the caterers' websites.
Catering businesses report a clear difference after implementing Catermonkey. Several success stories show businesses that doubled their revenue and multiplied their profits. The system brings efficiency to administrative tasks, and it changes how the whole business performs.
With growing international demand for efficient catering software, Catermonkey will make its services available worldwide from January 2024. The web app will be available in four languages: Dutch, English, French and German. This expansion is a milestone for Catermonkey and brings it to caterers far beyond the Benelux.
Maty Van Geirt, co-founder of Catermonkey, said enthusiastically: "Our ambition reaches beyond the Benelux. With the worldwide launch of Catermonkey, we want to give catering professionals around the world the tools they need to take their businesses to new heights."
Catermonkey's worldwide launch is only the start. "This is not all," Catermonkey promises. More is coming.
