Exact Online Belgium works with Catermonkey

What it does

Do you use Exact Online for your books in Belgium? Then connecting Catermonkey to it is straightforward. Once the connection is set up, an Exact button appears on every invoice, letting you export it to Exact in one click. You never enter anything twice, and your books stay neatly up to date.

Turn the connection on via Settings › Integrations in Catermonkey: choose Exact Online Belgium and log in with your Exact account to authorise it. Match your Catermonkey ledger accounts to the right accounts in your Exact books, including the Belgian VAT rates, so invoices are booked correctly automatically.

Once connected, the Exact button appears on every finished invoice, including the VAT split under Belgian rules. Does your accountant work in Exact too? They'll see exported invoices appear right away, with nothing extra for you to send over.

Turn it on

In Catermonkey, go to Settings, then Integrations, and choose Exact Online Belgium. Log in once with your Exact Online Belgium account and match your ledger accounts to the right accounts. After that, you'll see a button on every invoice.
