Once you connect Catermonkey to your Hanos account, your ingredient prices update automatically every day. You always calculate with what you actually pay now, without checking prices by hand. That saves time and stops you quoting on outdated costs. Your calculations are right, and so are your margins.
In Catermonkey, go to Settings, then Integrations, and choose Hanos. Enter your customer number. The first import pulls in your whole catalogue; after that it runs automatically every night.
