Connect Sligro to Catermonkey

What it does

You order from Sligro and work out costs in Catermonkey. The connection pulls in your own prices every night, so the prices you actually buy at, not the list price. Your cost price per dish stays accurate even when Sligro changes something halfway through the year.

What goes back and forth

• From Sligro to Catermonkey: article number, description, packaging unit and your price.
• Every night again, so a price change is in your costings within a day.
• You link a Sligro article to your own ingredient. You do that once per ingredient.
• What you order from Sligro, you still order from Sligro. The connection is about prices, not orders.

What it saves you

Without the connection, your cost price stays at whatever you entered once. Usually a year ago. Your margin on paper then doesn't match your real margin, and you only notice once the year is over.

Turn it on

Settings, then Connections, then Sligro. Enter your customer number. The first import pulls in your whole catalogue; after that, you link the right article per ingredient. For a kitchen with two hundred ingredients, that's an afternoon's work, and never again after that.
