More time, extra requests and a better overview at event venue De Bloemfabriek

De Bloemfabriek is an event venue on the old Bloemmolens factory site in Geel. We spoke to Steff, who runs the place, about where Catermonkey fits into their day and what it brings them.

De Bloemfabriek is a creative venue for any season. Don't look for flowers: the name refers to the location's rich past. Today it's all about atmosphere, hospitality and unforgettable moments. Whether it's a wedding, a company party or a drinks reception, De Bloemfabriek offers a characterful setting for any occasion.

Handling requests smartly

Most bookings start on the website, Steff tells us. “About 60% of requests for weddings, drinks receptions or company parties come in through our Catermonkey request widget. The rest comes by email, but in the end we make 100% of our quotes with Catermonkey.”

That happens not only faster, but more clearly too. “We've got clear product and equipment lists. Assigning tasks runs smoothly, and we do the invoicing through the system too. Catermonkey has really become the hub of our process. We save time, bring in extra requests and keep a much better overview. What more could you want?”

More requests, less hassle

According to Steff, bringing in Catermonkey has also led to more requests coming in. “It's much easier for customers to make a request, and we can follow up on them better too. Thanks to the filters, we know exactly what kind of parties we want to take on. It also saves us a lot of back-and-forth email.”

The time saved is noticeable. “The whole request process is less complex. We move faster, and preparing for on-site appointments is a lot more efficient.”

“We often work with regular caterers who also use Catermonkey. My biggest dream is that we could connect our accounts with theirs. That would make everything run even more smoothly.”
