Why Posthuijs is finally happy, after four tries with other providers

Sebastiaan and Breggie turned Het Posthuijs in Groot-Ammers from a darts café into a restaurant with a function room. It has just been refurbished, and that changed the way they work too. We spoke to Breggie about keeping the organisation together.

Quotes that convince

Putting quotes together is another thing Breggie is particularly enthusiastic about: “The moment I hit send, I know what I'm sending is right. Our template is so strong, I can imagine people barely daring to say no.” Laughing, she adds: “Really, we already know by then that we'll be doing the catering.”

She says the quality of the quotes speaks for itself, in looks and in substance: “75% of what we send lands well, without me needing to explain anything further. That says enough.”

The right mindset

What makes the biggest difference for Het Posthuijs, in the end, is the team behind the software. “They understand exactly what you need. They really think along with you. And because they do that, we can do the same for our customers in turn. You really feel supported.”

She concludes: “You want to build on something, but the foundation has to be there first. Catermonkey sorts that foundation for you. I've never experienced that before.”
