Schedule without switching screens

Staff scheduling is built into the order screen, so you can assign people without switching tabs. Choose from your own team or add external staff with a name, phone number and email. The system flags roster conflicts the moment you schedule someone who's already booked elsewhere.

Who does what on this order

Every team member can keep skills on their profile. When you assign someone, you choose which skill they bring to this order: chef, server or driver, for example. External staff work the same way: you fill in their details, pick a skill and the order knows straight away what they're doing.

Who has confirmed

RSVP tracking shows you who has confirmed, who has declined and who hasn't answered yet. You filter your team by name, check their availability against the order date and confirm assignments without leaving the order. Everything updates straight away, so your schedule stays accurate as people respond or you make changes.
