Orders
Ask your partners if they are free, in one click
Link products to the partners who supply them. When one lands on a job, Catermonkey asks whether they can do it — and the answer comes back on the order.
The cocktail bar, the company that rents you the standing tables, the colleague who drives the food truck: part of almost every job belongs to someone else. Right now that means a phone call, a mail, and an answer that ends up in your inbox instead of on the order it belongs to.
- Link a partner to the products they supply — the link holds for every future job
- One request per partner per job, including products nested inside a package
- Partners answer on a branded page with a comment, no account and no login
- They see the date, the venue and their own lines — never your client or your prices
- Replies come back as a notification and sit on the job itself
- Partners who use Catermonkey can import the job into their own account in one click
Set it up once, per product
Register the businesses you work with, then link each partner to the products they supply. That link lives on the product in your catalogue, so it holds for every job that product ever lands on — you never re-pick a partner per order.
One click, one mail per partner
Open a job that contains a partner's product and send the request. Catermonkey gathers everything that partner is responsible for, including products tucked inside a package, and sends them a single mail. Two cocktail products from the same bar is one question, not two.
Your partner answers without an account
They get a page with your logo, the date, the venue and what you are asking them for. Yes or no, plus a comment if there is something to say. No login, no subscription, nothing to install. You get a notification with their reply, and the answer sits on the job where the rest of your team can see it.
They see what they need, and nothing else
Your partner sees the date, the venue and their own lines. Not your client, not your prices, not the rest of the job. Nothing is ordered and nothing is invoiced — you are asking one question, and the commercial side stays where it always was.
If your partner is on Catermonkey too
They get one extra button: bring this job into my own account. Date, venue and lines land in their administration at zero prices, ready for them to price themselves. They retype nothing, and you never write into their books.
Who benefits
Business owner
You stop being the switchboard. The question goes out once, the answer lands on the job, and anyone on your team can see who has confirmed.
Sales / account manager
You know whether you can say yes before you promise it, because the availability check happens on the job instead of in someone's inbox.
