Export your invoices straight from Catermonkey to Lexware Office, so your German books stay in order.
Lexware Office, formerly called lexoffice, is one of the most widely used online accounting programs in Germany. If you cater to the German market, or your bookkeeper is based there, chances are your figures already live in it.
Connect Catermonkey to Lexware Office and a Lexware button appears when you edit an invoice. One click and the invoice is in your books, VAT split included, ready to record. Nothing to retype, and no invoice gets lost between the two programs.
The connection is turned on under Settings › Integrations. You log in there once with your Lexware account to confirm the permission. If the button disappears later, check first whether that permission is still valid. That's usually the cause.
In Catermonkey, go to Settings, then Integrations, and choose Lexware Office. Log in once with your Lexware Office account and link your ledger accounts to the right ones. After that, a button appears on every invoice.
