Every event knows its room
Each order carries the arrangements it uses, in the order of the day: the reception at three, dinner at half past six. Your team gets the drawings with the order overview, so everyone sets up the same room, in print or on a phone.
Guests see the space before they book
Link a package to your venue and its floorplans appear with the photos in your website widget, with the guest count and the room's dimensions beside each one. A visitor sees how the room works for their event before they ask for a quote.
