Keep every product photo, document and brand file in one searchable library
Your catalogue photos, PDFs and signatures live here: upload once, tag once, use everywhere
You photograph new dishes. Suppliers send menus as PDF. Your designer delivers logo variants. All those files scatter across email threads, local folders and forgotten USB sticks. The media library stops that search. Drag files in, tag them once and pull up the right image in any quote or order.
In short
- Drag and drop for JPEG, PNG and PDF files with instant thumbnail previews
- Tag files with labels via autocomplete; filter by type, source (product/customer/order) or tag
- Rename files directly in the list and download originals at full resolution on request
- Select several files at once and apply tags to all of them in one go
- Product photos and brand files are reused automatically in quotes, orders and preparation lists
- Account-isolated storage on DigitalOcean Spaces, your files are never mixed with another company's
Upload, filter, find again
Every account gets its own storage on DigitalOcean Spaces. Upload files by dragging them onto the grid, or add them while editing a product. Filter by type (image or document), by source (product, customer, order) or by the tags you assign. Rename a file directly in the list, download the original at full resolution or delete outdated attachments without touching other accounts' files.
Thumbnails and tags
Thumbnails show a preview of JPEGs and PNGs; PDFs get a document badge. Tags work with autocomplete: type a few letters and the system suggests existing labels, so your team always uses the same names. Select several files and tag them in one action.
One library for every screen
When you build a quote, the product list shows the linked photo. When you create a preparation list, the kitchen photos appear if you've uploaded them. No re-uploading, no broken links. One library feeds every screen that needs a file.
What your team does with it
Accounting
Store invoices or signed contracts as PDF, tag them by customer and pull them up whenever the accountant asks.
Kitchen manager
Add plating photos to dishes so the preparation list reminds your team how the plate should look.
