Upload a PDF. Import fifty products in one click.
Turn supplier price lists and menu PDFs into catalogue entries without retyping.
You get an updated price list from a supplier as a PDF. Or you take over the menu from a predecessor. Or you need to digitise a three-page banquet package. The AI reads the document, pulls out every product with its price and description, and gets it ready for import.
In short
- Upload PDF or Excel files (supplier lists, menus, catalogues)
- AI pulls out product names, prices and descriptions, and suggests categories
- Choose VAT handling: inclusive, exclusive or detect automatically
- Select which Excel sheets get processed
- Review extracted products in a table before you confirm the import
- Updates existing products via a unique code instead of creating duplicates
Uploading and extracting
Upload the file. The system detects whether prices include or exclude VAT (or you set it yourself). For an Excel file, you choose which sheets get processed. Click Extract.
Checking before you confirm
The AI scans the document and shows a table of candidate products: name, price, category, product type (food, equipment, package). You review the list, adjust categories where needed, and confirm. The products land in your catalogue.
A new price list doesn't create duplicates
Every product has a unique code. Upload an updated price list six months later, and the system recognises existing products and offers to update their prices instead of creating duplicates.
No retyping
No manual data entry. No copying and pasting. Upload, check, import.
