Never miss a follow-up

Your task list that knows your orders

Reminders keep critical tasks visible: calling a customer back, sending a confirmation, or following up a payment.

In short

What still needs doing after the quote

Every order brings work that starts *after* the quote. A customer is waiting for a callback. A deposit has come due. A confirmation email still hasn't gone out. Reminders show these tasks as soon as you log in, sorted by urgency: overdue, today, this week.

Create them yourself, or let the system do it

Tasks come from two sources. You create them by hand while reviewing an order. The system also generates them automatically based on rules you set yourself, such as "remind me three days before delivery" or "follow up payment seven days after the invoice".

Assigning and ticking off

Assign tasks to colleagues. Tick them off as you go. Filter to see only your tasks or everyone's. The overview shows exactly what needs attention, so nothing slips through.
