What's on the plate each day
You assign dishes from your catalogue to the days of the cycle, with the price, the temperature and the allergens attached.
Your school menu runs Monday to Friday. Fish on Wednesday, something vegetarian every day, and a fixed price that belongs to this contract. You set up that cycle once and adjust per day what needs to be different.
In short
- Search your catalogue and attach dishes to a day in the cycle
- Give this customer their own price, without changing your catalogue
- Set whether it's hot or cold, or let the customer choose
- Show the allergens, so filtering in the webshop works correctly
- Decide whether the portion is fixed or the customer picks their own
Filling the cycle
You decide per day which dishes from your catalogue show up. A cycle can be a week, or four weeks that then start over. What you set here is what the customer sees and what the kitchen needs to make.
A price of its own per contract
A school pays something different for a hot meal than for a cold salad, and the care home down the road pays something different again. You set that price within this menu. Your catalogue stays as it is, so you keep one product rather than five variants at different prices.
Temperature, portion and allergens
For each dish, you set whether it leaves the kitchen hot or cold, or you let the customer choose that when ordering. Same for the portion. And you decide which allergens you show, so someone eating gluten-free lands on the right filter in the webshop.
It carries through to the orders
Everything you set here carries through when the menu creates its next batch of orders. The dishes, prices and settings are already in place.
