When you want to tell other systems

You work with more than one tool. When an order is confirmed, you might need to tell your warehouse system, update a spreadsheet, or send a notification to a Slack channel. When a customer updates their details, your CRM needs to know right away.

How it works

Webhooks give you that control. You set up a URL. Catermonkey sends an HTTP POST to that URL every time the events you chose happen. The payload contains the full record. Your endpoint processes it the way you need.

See whether it lands

You see delivery stats per webhook: total sent, errors in the last seven days, success rate. Pause a webhook if you want to adjust your endpoint. Delete it if you no longer need it. Every event subscription is explicit: you only get the notifications you asked for.
